Educational Foundation

“To ensure all students enrolled in the North Mahaska School District are provided the finest possible learning opportunities.”

Established in 1997, The North Mahaska Educational Foundation is comprised of members of the community, instructional and administrative staff. The Foundation is responsible for reporting to the district regarding the use of funding. NMEF has awarded over $20,000 to a variety of academic, athletic, and music programs. Funds are raised through the school book fair and the annual Jace Race 5K and fun run. Requests for funding must be for a program that benefits the students of North Mahaska School District.
