Substitute Bus Driver
- Looking for drivers to provide safe and orderly transportation for students to and from school.
- Must have or obtain a Type B commercial driver’s license with all applicable endorsements – we will help with this process.
- Must pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate as well pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

At-Risk Coordinator
The At-Risk Coordinator is responsible for identifying, supporting, and advocating
for students who are considered at-risk academically, socially, or emotionally. This
role includes overseeing the North Mahaska Alternative Program (NMAP), serving as
the 504 Coordinator, and managing online credit recovery programs. The coordinator
collaborates with teachers, administrators, parents, and community resources to
provide interventions that promote student success.
4-Year-Old Preschool Teacher
North Mahaska is seeking a dedicated and qualified Lead Preschool Teacher for our 4-year-old classroom, part of the Statewide Voluntary Preschool Program (SWVPP). This role is ideal for a passionate early childhood educator who values inclusive, developmentally appropriate practice and is committed to supporting school readiness for all students.
Minimum Qualifications:

Experience teaching preschool-age children

Familiarity with Iowa Early Learning Standards and GOLD® assessment system
