Ryan Groom (Industrial Tech Teacher) and Doug Ray (Principal) spoke at the Future Ready Iowa Regional Summit in Ottumwa on October 30th. They focused on talking about the NM Welding Academy and how they have made changes to the Industrial Tech program at North Mahaska. The title of their talk was “Strengthening the Advanced Manufacturing Pipeline.”
