The format of Parent-Teacher Conferences will be different this fall due to increased positivity rates of COVID. The 14-day average positivity rate in the county is currently 15.3%. Currently, there are between 1 and 5 cases of COVID within the school. As a result, parents will have an option of a phone call conference or a conference on-line through Google Meets.
Parent-Teacher Conferences in Grades 7-12
- Advisory teachers in grade 7-12 will reach out to parents to provide information on the conference format and obtain conference requests to meet with specific teachers. Content teachers of whom parents are requesting to meet with will then reach out to parents to schedule a conference time.
Parent-Teacher Conferences in Grades Preschool-6th Grade
- Teachers will reach out to parents to determine the preferred conference format (phone conference or on-line through Google Meets).
- Teachers will meet with parents at their regularly scheduled time.
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on the following dates and times:
- October 26 4:00 to 7:00
- October 27 4:00 to 7:00
- October 29 2:00 to 4:00 (early dismissal for students at 1:30)
