Nataliya Linder and Emmerson Jedlicka scored three firsts and a second to help the North Mahaska girls to third place at the Eddyville Relays Tuesday. Jedlicka won the two distance races and Linder won the long jump and took second in the 400 hurdles.

Davis County won the meet with 178 points while Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont was second. North Mahaska was third with 104 edging Pella Christian, who scored 99.

Jedlicka won the 3,000 meters in 11 minutes 18.12 seconds and the 1,500 in 5:20.49. Linder had winning jump of 16-feet, 5.75 inches for the win. She was second in the 400 hurdles in 1:07.10.

Kieren Perez earned a runnerup spot in the 200 meters in 27.73 seconds. The 3,200-meter relay quartet of Allie Veiseth, Amber Knockel, Abby Van Weelden and Ava Huffman was second in 10:57.04. Perez added a third place in the 100 hurdles in 17.10.

North Mahaska picked up three relay fourth place finishes and Huffman added one in the 800 meters in 2:41.41. The 800-relay team of Olivia Ridgeway, Macie Little, Alivia Schock and Linder was fourth in 1:58.54.

Van Weelden, Knockel, Veiseth and Schock ran fourth in the 1,600-meter relay in 4:36.75. Van Weelden and Veiseth teamed with Addison Terpstra and Huffman for fourth in the distance medley in 4:56.36.

Addison Dickerson, Falynn Rivera, Anna DeBruin and Ruby Wallrich ran fifth in the 400-meter relay in 1:02.19. Linder, Ridgeway, Terpstra and Schock was fifth in the sprint medley in 2:02.6.

The girls will run at BGM on Friday.
