North Mahaska’s softball team will opener the 2025 Class 2A tournament with a home contest on Wednesday, July 9. The Warhawks will host the Cardinal Comets.
Class 2A action begins on Monday, July 7 when Pella Christian hosts New London and Van Buren County hosts Danville. The winner of the contest at Pella Hristian will travel to No. 14 Wilton while the Van Buren winner faces No. 2 Louisa-Muscatine.
Those games will also take place on July 9.
A North Mahaska victory will put them in the regional semifinal at Wilton on Friday, July 11. The winner will play in the regional final for the right to go to the state tournament at a site to be determined on Monday, July 14.
