Walk-in Physical
The $20 Walk-in physicals will be held at Mahaska Health Partnership on Main St, New Sharon on July 30, August 5 and August 8. No other services will be offered unless billed to your provider or paid by the parents.
Physicals at Mahaska Health
Dr. Hirl and Dr. Richmond at Mahaska Health at Oskaloosa have evening dates for Well-Child appointments, a complete physical and Meningococcal vaccinations. Under the Affordable Care Act, a free well check/physical is provided and comes with an immunization check. Times available are August 6-7 and August 13-20 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Call 641-672-3100 to make an appointment.

Physical forms can be picked up at the high school Monday through Thursday at the front office or see the forms page for all health related forms.
