I pick up my grand kids every other week, switch on Fridays (this Friday for me 2/12). I basically understand the new pick up process but I would like to come tomorrow(Thurs 2/11) and actually watch how to do it. I was hoping you could tell me when I should come and park in the lot to see this in action?
I don’t want to fowl anything up for the people who already know how to do this.
I was also thinking maybe you could make a video and post it on the website so that new pick up people could watch before hand?
