Students who will have completed and passed Spanish 2 by the summer of 2023 are invited to attend the trip to Panama, which would include this year’s Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors.
There will be 2 in-person meetings within the next week. Both you and your student are invited to attend this meeting. The first one will be on Thursday, September 23rd at 6:30 in Ms. Martin’s room. If you are able to make this meeting, please RSVP to this link: https://bit.ly/3kbKnG4
The second meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 28th at 6:30 also in Ms. Martin’s room. This is the Tuesday night of Parent-Teacher Conferences, so if you are planning on coming to conferences that night, please stick around for the informational meeting. If you are unable to meet at either of those times, please let Ms. Martin know and she can get information to your student and a time to talk about the trip can be set up.
This is a great opportunity for your student to explore another place and culture. It will help your student to become more knowledgeable about another country and will hopefully, open their eyes to the world around them. The trip will also help improve your student’s Spanish-speaking abilities.
